How do you split rent with roomate? - vacuum ironing board
Picture this scenario:
They move in the first and then select the bedroom. There are a total of 836 square meter apartment, bedroom with 10'11''x second bedroom is 14'5''y 11'0''8'11''x.
The apartment is furnished with your products. In other words, they have sofas, chairs, tables, TV, radio, lamps, kitchen utensils, etc., etc. A tenant moves later in 8 months. Fellow receives a private bathroom and full access and use of their commands in the kitchen and living room cabinets (such as household cleaners, garden furniture, TV, dishes, books, vacuum cleaner, ironing board, dishes, cups, etc..)
How to split the rent? What is reasonable and fair play for all utilities will be split 50 50? Was there a difference if the new partner and you have to sign a lease together?
