Do You Include Vegetarian Option On Wedding Response What Things Do You Take Into Consideration When Planning A Party?

What things do you take into consideration when planning a party? - do you include vegetarian option on wedding response

I make a list for a project, but I need help. This is what I so far:

• When planning your menu, try to include vegetarian meals for their guests.
• Always include a wide range of drinks to offer, especially when going to pour out alcohol.

This project is a simulation game that would be around 450 people ... So a few tips that you want to help are welcome ...

Thank you!

1. When's the party? Week / weekend? More people on the weekends of the week.
2. Where's the party? Indoor / Outdoor? Plan for weather forecasting and the ability of the customer.
3. How many people come? Be prepared to Bus/Shuttle/Car- Parking
4. What is the length of the game? Thus a better idea to give as much to drink / food will have to be provided. Are usual 1-2 glasses per hour.
5. If this is to sit on / buffet / cocktail? This will determine where people sit or stand and how many tables and chairs must be prepared.
6. Menu Foods - Who's with allergies / vegetarian / kids
7. Drinks - you do not want an alcoholic drink and you do not want a bar with a higher rate of alcohol all. Stick to the basics
8. Theme Party - Used
9. Music - DJ or DJ?
10. With the use of the service - rental servers compensation for cleaning? Personal chef or caterer?

So many things happened to me, but it is in the early morning hours and I can not imagine .. Hahaha! Good luck ..
